Roz’s leadership skills are like none I have experienced in my career. Her approach to leadership is transformative. She consistently model key attributes of a great leader. She has taught me that leadership is about cultivating the strengths of those around you. Roz has stretched me in ways I did not realize I needed to be stretched. She has forced me to move well beyond my comfort zone to grow and develop skills that have allowed me to grow and evolve. Rosilyn has been an inspiration to me since I was a young girl. Watching her break barriers in corporate America and take the banking industry by storm showed me what’s possible for a Black woman at the C-suite level. As a Black woman with a disability, I’ve modeled much of my own journey after hers, learning from her strength and perseverance. She’s always offered spiritually enriching words of encouragement and has connected me with like-minded, driven individuals who have helped shape my path.
